Blizzcon Announcement Recap

Blizzard announced a whole lot of things during Blizzcon, from a new character in Overwatch, to new content for Diablo 3 and details for Starcraft 2’s latest multiplayer enhancements. Starting with Overwatch, Blizzard confirmed Sombra as a new character for the game, she was introduced with another character short. One of the world’s most notorious hackers, Sombra is an offensive hero who specialises in hit-and-run tactics. Sombra’s Thermoptic Camo ability lets her sneak behind enemy lines, while her Translocator device teleports her out of danger. She can Hack a target to reduce their damage and deny them health packs.
